load and run a program
NAME
    run - load and run a program

SYNOPSIS
    run path [args]

DESCRIPTION
    Loads a program to its load address and jumps to its entry point,
    passing the argument tail. The program returns to the OS with RTS.
    Any command typed by bare name is run this way after being found on
    the search path (see path), so `dir` is short for `run /bin/dir.bin`.
    run is an OS built-in command.

EXAMPLES
    run /bin/basic.bin
    run hello.bin
    run /bin/asm.bin src.asm out.bin
