create empty files
NAME
    touch - create empty files

SYNOPSIS
    touch name [name ...]

DESCRIPTION
    Creates each named file empty if it does not exist. An existing file
    is left completely untouched (it is NOT truncated). P8XFS has no
    timestamps yet, so touch does not bump an mtime. Names may be
    relative (resolved against the CWD) or absolute, including across the
    /d1 mount. touch is a /bin program.

EXAMPLES
    touch NEW.TXT            create one empty file
    touch A.TXT B.TXT C      several at once
    touch /d1/NEW.TXT        an absolute / cross-mount path
